摘要
通过对石家庄供电段辖内镇内变电所的一起由电力机车故障引发的差动保护误动和馈线保护拒动问题的分析,找出了保护配置方面存在的问题,提出了通过差动保护增加电流互感器(TA)饱和判别功能和改变馈线电流速断(过电流)保护方式的方案、消除既有高速区段铁路牵引变电所保护存在的死区,讨论了保护的整定模式。
By analyzing the false operation of the differential protection and refuse operation of feeder protection from a fault of electric locomotive in Zhennei traction substation of Shijiazhuang power supply depot, found out the problem of protective system, proposes a plan established on increment function of TA saturation and change the realization of over current protection, to remove the dead zone of traction substation the protective part for the high-speed railway, discuss protection regulation mode.
