摘要
目的探讨彩超对人工血管内血栓形成的诊断价值。方法彩超检查23例患者,共28条可疑形成血栓的人工血管,观测人工血管的回声、管腔内血流及频谱流速曲线形态,均经手术或造影证实。结果人工血管内血栓形成后,管腔狭窄者11条,管腔显著狭窄者7条,管腔闭塞者10条。结论彩色多普勒超声对人工血管内血栓形成的检测具有重要价值。
Objective To assess the value of color Doppler sonography in the diagnosis of the thrombosis in artificial blood vessels.Methods Color Doppler sonography of 23 cases （28 artificial blood vessels） suspected with thrombosis in artificial blood vessels were observed including the echo of artificial blood vessels, presence or absence of blood stream, and Doppler spectral waveform. All the examination materials have been affirmed by operations.Results In the cases of thrombosis in artificial blood vessels, 11 blood vessels with stenosis,7 with remarkable stonosis and 10 with obstruction. Conclusion Color Doppler sonography may play a significant role in the monitoring of the thrombosis in artificial blood vessels.
