摘要
研究了N d-四甘醇醛缩苯丙氨酸Sch iff碱配合物(N dL)与天然和变性DNA的相互作用。在DNA存在下,测定了N dL的紫外吸收光谱(UV)和荧光激发光谱(FL)。利用紫外滴定法,测定了N dL与DNA的结合常数。在20mm ol/L T ris-HC l缓冲溶液(pH=7.0),N d-四甘醇醛缩苯丙氨酸Sch iff碱配合物与小牛胸腺DNA的结合常数为4.11×103L/m ol,化合物本身的UV和FL峰强度减小。N dL与DNA的作用模式为“静电引力”。
The interaction of Nd-noneyclic polyether-phenylalanine schiff base(NdL) with native and denatural calf thymus DNA was studied by absorption and fluorescence spectra. It was found that in the presence of DNA, the intensities of the UV absorbance spectrum and fluorescence excited spectrum of NdL decreased. In the case of 20mmol/L tris-HCl buffer solution(pH7. 0) ,the formation constant of NdL interacting with native and denatural DNA is 4. 11 × 10^3L/mol. The interaction model of NdL with DNA is the electrostatic attraction model.
