同步找卡水技术

摘要 针对油田开发中后期存在的综合含水高、层间干扰问题突出等,研究了井下不动管柱换层采油技术。该技术通过封隔器卡层,并在对应层位加装循环打压开关器,通过套管打压开启或关闭开关,实现分层采油。集找水、卡水于一体,可满足1-3个层段任意换层生产的需要,不仅提高了机械卡水的成功率和有效率,增加了油井产量。充分挖掘了非主力层的潜力;而且减少了作业井次,降低了作业成本,减轻了油层的污染伤害。现场应用取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。 Oil production technology of zone replacement is studied aiming at the problems of high water cut and serious interference between layers. The strata was identified and divided by packer, and circulating putting pressure derailing switch was installed in the corresponding strata. Separate zone oil extraction could be achieved by putting pressure to open or shut the switch from the annulus. Using this technology can finish water finding and water plugging together and meet the need of random replacement among one to three layers. Successful ratio and effectiveness ratio, oil well production rate, and the potential of non-major reservoirs are improved.The operating well times and operating cost are decreased, and pollution damage of oil reservoir is lightened. Obvious economic and social benefits are achieved in field application.
