摘要
本文通过对深圳市一个居住小区建筑节能设计实践,找出了一些深圳市居住建筑节能设计的要点,推荐了几种满足《深圳市居住建筑节能设计规范》(SJG 10-2003)的居住建筑节能设计方案,并通过经济性分析,得出这些节能方案技术上可行、经济上效益显著的结论。
In this paper, the design praetiee for energy effieiency of a residential building in Shenzhen was presented. The important issues to obtain energy efficiency for residential buildings loeated in this southern city were found out, and several design plans which could satisfy the ＂Design Standards for Energy Efficiency of Residential Buildings in Shenzhen＂ were recommended. Based on the economical analysis, it could be concluded that these plans were technically feasible with economical benefits.
