摘要
论述了数字图书馆的含义、发展过程与数字图书馆的特征。阐述了数字阅览室是数字图书馆的重要组成部分,作者结合常州图书馆数字阅览室的功能构建和实践,提出了实现电子图书馆、电子音像馆、纸质图书馆的三馆合一数字阅览室模式,更为科学、合理、有效,更具有优越性。同时,还提出当前发展数字图书馆的重要性和紧迫性。
This article discusses the definition, evolution and characteristics of digital library and expatiates that digital reading room is an important part of digital library. In connection with functional structure and practice of Changzhou Library＇s digital reading room, the writer puts forwani the idea of achieving the digital reading room model with a combination of electronic library, electronic audio-visual library and paper library which is more scientific, reasonable and effective and has more advantages. At the same time, importance and emergency of developing a digital library currently is also mentioned in this article.
