摘要
针对燃烧室本身旋转和使用单组元液体推进刘的特点,对此两相湍流反应流在质量、动量和能量传输基础上,建立了旋转燃烧室中单组元液体推进剂雾化燃烧过程计算的模型和边界条件。模型计算采用SIMPLE算法和PSIC算法。计算结果提供了不同转速下的气相速度场和燃料浓度场。实验结果与计算结果一致。计算结果不仅反映了旋转对燃烧的明显影响,还说明本文的研究能用于预示和分析类似问题。
Based on the mass,momentum and energy transfer of a two-phase turbulent reacting flow,a computational model is formulated for the combustion processes of the monopropellant spray combustion in a rotating combustion chamber and the boundary conductions.Algorithms SIMPLE and PSIC have been adopted for model computation.The gaseous phase velocity flow field and the mass fraction of fuel evaporated are provided.Effects to combustion performance in rotating combustors are clearly shown.The study can be applied to the prediction and analysis in similar problems.
