摘要
目的探讨在不同的肩关节功能位置上肱骨骨折的受伤应力机制,为肱骨骨折的治疗提供理论依据。方法建立人体肩关节的三维有限元模型,模拟在12个不同的肩关节功能位置上,肱骨受到轴向载荷时的应力、应变状况。结果所建立人体肩关节的三维有限元模型合理、准确、稳定,可以精确计算出任一个肩关节功能位置上,任一肱骨节点的应力、应变、位移状况。结论三维有限元分析法是研究肱骨骨折瞬时受伤机制的理想生物力学工具。
Objective To investigate the injury stress mechanism of humeral fracture for the purpose of prevention and treatment of such fracture. Methods After establishment of three dimension finite element model of shoulder, stress and strain of humerus were simulated and analyzed under the condition which longitudinal force was loaded on the humerus based on the 12 functional positions of shoulder. Results The model built in this study was a reasonable, precise and stable biomechanics tool, with which stress , strain and displacement of any node on the humerus could be exactly calculated in any function position of shoulder. Conclusions Three dimension finite element analysis is an ideal mechanical method for the instantaneous injury mechanism research of humerus fracture.
