摘要
循环经济具有传统经济无法比拟的优越性,是实现可持续发展的重要途径,目前已上升为我国的发展战略。本文从经济、社会、资源环境三个方面进行指标选择,对我国西北五省区的循环经济发展状况进行了综合测度,并与全国平均水平进行了比较。
The circular economy has the superiority that the traditional economy cannot compare. It is an important way to realize the sustainable development and has become China＇ s national development strategy. This paper has chosen indicators from economy, society, resource and environment to measure the development of circular economy in the five provinces of the northwest China and made a comparison with the national average level.
