摘要
生物测定结果表明,Bt菌液添加苋菜红染料抗紫外线能力最强,蚕蛹粉、苏丹黑染料次之。苋菜红染料的保护作用极显著地强于蚕蛹粉以及苏丹黑。ω=0.025%敌百虫对Bt菌液有明显的增效作用,两者混合后的杀虫率比单剂提高30%。乙酰甲胺磷对Bt无增效作用。【关键词】
It was proved by bioassay that Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) suspeonsion with amaranth showed the strongest anti-ultraviolet effect. The silkworm pupa powder or sudan black was not so strong as amaranth in anti-ulthaviolet effect. The results also showed that Bt suspension with 0. 025% trichorfon bed a distinct synergetic action, with 30% higher insecticidal activity than the bacterial suspension or the trichorfon alonge. Acephate had no synergetic insecticidal action with Bt.
