摘要
缺磷是农业生产中限制水稻产量的一个重要因子。通过对磷在土壤中的存在形式,低磷胁迫对水稻根系、光合作用、磷亲和力的影响,以及水稻耐低磷基因型的筛选和耐低磷基因分子定位的进展进行综述,并对今后水稻低磷胁迫的研究趋势作出预测,以期为水稻耐低磷研究及磷高效水稻品种改良提供新的思路和理论依据。
The lack of phosphorus in rice is one of the major constraints to rice yield in agricultural production. The progresses on the existed forms of phosphorus in soil, and the effects of low phosphorus stress on rice root, photosynthesis and affinity of phosphorus were summarized, as well as the screening of rice genotype tolerance to low phosphorus and its gene molecular mapping. Moreover, the future research trend on low phosphorous stress on rice were predicted and it would offer a new idea and reference for studying rice tolerance to low phosphorous and improving rice varieties with high efficiency of phosphorus.
