金矿全尾矿胶结材料及工艺的实验室研究 被引量:2

摘要 分别采用普通水泥和高水单浆料为胶结材料对山东某金矿全尾矿进行了胶结对比试验。根据对不同的养护期、料浆浓度及灰砂比下胶结体抗压强度的测定结果,分析了养护期、料浆浓度及灰砂比对各龄期抗压强度影响。结果表明,高水单浆料与水泥相比具有用量少、试块早期强度高的特点,适用于金矿全尾胶结。最后采用方差分析的方法,分析了影响高水单浆料胶结效果的主要影响因素,得出了适宜该金矿全尾矿胶结的工艺参数。 A series of laboratory cementing experiments on the total tailings from a gold mine in Shandong Province were conducted by use of ordinary cement and polyhydrate material as binding materials. Based on the measurements of unconfined compressive strength (UCS) of the cemented samples under different combinations of curing days, slurry concentration and dosage of binding materials, the effects of the above cementing parameters on the unconfined compressive strength (UCS) of cemented samples was discussed. The results indicated that the polyhydrate binding material can produce higher binding strength under lower dosage compared with the ordinary cement, so it is applied to cement total gold taiiings. The main influencing factors of binding effect of polyhydrate material as binging material is analyzed by use of variance analysis, finally, the optimal cementing parameters for the total gold railings were suggested.
