摘要
当前互联网技术发展迅速,随之而来的网络环境下的著作权侵权现象日益严峻。本文从保护对象、侵权责任主体角度出发,对互联网数字化作品著作权保护展开论述,并提出法律上的对策。
Nowadays, the Internet technology gets its development rapidly which brings us large amount of torts on copyright on Internet. The author tries to make an introduction on the protection of digital works copyright on Internet through the angle of protected object and the violators, and proposes countermeasures on law.
