摘要
加强与科技有关的知识产权保护和管理,是新形势下科技计划管理的重要任务,针对基层单位知识产权保护现状,提出了一些具体做法。
It is very important to improve the intellectual property rights protection in basic units at present. We analyzed the status of the rules and articles of intellectual property rights protection, and then put forward some proposals for it.
