摘要
阐述一种根据Boxcar积分器原理实现光纤光栅传感器B ragg波长移动的FFP精密解调原理,将FFP输出的光强-电压周期信号转换为光强度-时间周期信号,利用扫描式取样积分器得到形状与输入的被测信号相同,而周期变大的的输出波形,提高了幅值信噪比和时间分辨力,从而提高光纤光栅波长位移测量精度。
The principle of wavalength-shift detection of fiber Bragg grating sensor is analysed based on fiber Fabry-Perot (FFP) cavity demodulation with a Boxcar integrator. The light intensity-voltage periodic signals of the FFP' s output are converted to light intensity-time periodic signals. With a Boxcar integrator,output signals whose waveform are similar to the input waveform but the pericds are lengthened is obtaihed, the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and time resolution are advanced,and the detection precision of wavelength shift is improved.
