摘要
试验以经平板分离纯化的红曲霉为出发菌株,用紫外诱变的方法进行了筛选,选育出的红曲霉菌株产色能力强,稳定性好。
Abstract： The monascus seed was purified by plate isolation in this experiment, then it was screened by ultraviolet mutagensis. A monascus strain with a high value pigment and stable quality has been selected.
