摘要
本文从农村金融需求的视角,分析了农村金融的需求主体及特点,认为农村金融市场存在需求旺盛但有效需求不足、需求与供给失衡、金融生态环境恶化等问题。提出通过建设农村金融发展的外部环境和培育农村有效金融需求,为推进农村金融整体改革创造有利条件。
The authors try to make an in-depth analysis of rural financial demand market to disclose the existing key problems, such as big financial demand vs. insufficiency of effective demand, and imbalance between rural financial supply and demand. A degradation of financial environment is evident. A new breakthrough in the reform is necessary to drive an integrated rural financial reform
