摘要
分析了发射箱在航行过程中的贮存失效模式,指出辐射传热是造成发射箱在强辐射和湿热环境中贮存失效的主要原因;建立了舰面环境中发射箱的传热和泄露的数学模型,计算了发射箱内温度-时间及压力-时间变化规律,模拟结果与现场测试结果基本吻合;提出了改进发射箱环境适应能力设计的具体措施和建议.
The invalid-storage process of missile stored in launch canister is studied during their voyage in seawater environment. The invalid-storage model of launch canister in this environment is also established. The calculation results show that the heat of sunshine radiation transferring into a launch canister body is the main reason to make the temperature in the canister raise so high to cause canister leaked. The simulation results of temperature-time and pressure-time process in the canister are similar to the actual changing process in the canister during voyage. The reasonable and practical advices are given out in order to promote the thermal-insulation ability and the environment adaptation ability of launch canister.
