摘要
从土地占有状况、阶级结构、技术条件三方面看,建立在中古田制基础之上的征兵制在北宋已失去了生存的土壤,取而代之的募兵制,这是当时特定的社会经济条件决定的,并对北宋一朝社会经济文化的繁荣发展起到了巨大的推动作用。
Not only people of Northern Song Dynasty, but also contemporary historians regard the conscription system as main root of ＇ superfluous military forces＇ phenomenon of Northern Song Dynasty. From argumentation of three aspects - land occupation condition, class structure and technological condition, this article points out that the recruiting system based on land system of Han and Tang dynasties has lost its surviving soil in Northern Song Dynasty. The conscription system that replaced the former is determined by social and economic conditions at that period and greatly promotes the social, economic and cultural prosperity and development of North Song Dynasty.
