摘要
采用高效液相色谱法研究了1.8%阿维菌素乳油在枸杞果实内的残留动态和最终残留量。结果表明,阿维菌素在枸杞果实内消解较快,在6和12mg/L浓度下,施药后7d枸杞果实内的阿维菌素残留分别为0.008和0.010mg/kg,7d后均未检出阿维菌素残留,半衰期为1.34~1.50d,在使用推荐浓度6mg/L、施药2次的情况下,最后一次施药7d后,在枸杞果实内未检出阿维菌素.说明阿维菌素在推荐剂量下使用对枸杞果实的食用是安全的。
The studies on the final residue and dynamic degradation of 1.8% abamectin EC in wolfberry were carried out by HPLC. and the results showed that abamectin dissipated rapidly in wolfberry fruit. Spraying at 6 and 12 mg/L with an interval of 7 d,the residue was 0. 008 and 0. 010 mg/kg in wolfberry fruit,the half life of Abamectin in wolfberry fruit was 1.34-1.50 d. and abamectin was not defected after 7 d of last spray at dilution of 6 mg/L. Thus,this pesticide is safe when applied on wolfberry fruit at recommended rates.
