摘要 介绍了电穿孔技术和精子介导转基因技术,同时总结了近年来电穿孔技术在精子介导转基因中的应用进展。 The article introduced the electroporation technique and sperm- mediated gene transfer technique, and also summarized the progress of application of electroporation technique in sperm - mediated gene transfer in recent years.
