摘要
提出了将虚拟仪器技术和网络技术应用数控机床设备的远程监测、故障诊断系统中,介绍了系统的组成结构和功能,讨论了基于DataSoket技术的LabVIEW远程通信方法,并论述了数控机床设备的远程故障检测诊断技术及其实现方法。
A remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system for CNC Machine Equipment Based on Virtual instrument and network technology is provided in this paper.The structures and functions of system are briefly introduced,and the approach of remote communication based on DataSocket technology in LabVIEW are discussed.The method and course to realize remote monitoring and fault diagnosis technology are introduced.
