摘要
基于PC-PLC控制系统串口通讯技术和对串口通讯故障问题的研究,提出了运行于PC和PLC间的串口通讯监控程序的设计方法,给出了分别用VB和梯形图编辑的示例程序。程序可监测系统通讯失败和通讯受干扰造成信息错误的故障,并发出相应的故障报警信息,从而实现了PC和PLC两方对串口通讯的监控。这些成果应用于一种测量三维物体轮廓设备的控制系统监控软件的开发与研究中,提高了控制系统的整体稳定性和可靠性。
Based on the serial communication technique of PC-PLC control system and study of communication faults,a design method of serial communication monitoring program running between PC and PLC is presented,The example programs edited by VB and Ladder diagram are also proposed.These programs can monitor the fault or disturb of serial communication and send error messages or relevant alarm messages in display.So the monitoring function of serial communication between PC and PLC is realized.The study is utilized in the control system development of a three-dimensional object measurement system.The stability and reliability of the control system are-improved.
