摘要
生产中压交联聚乙烯电力电缆,可以采用过氧化物(DCP)交联、温水硅烷交联和免水煮硅烷交联等三种交联方法,本文对这三种交联方式的投资价值进行了比较分析,认为硅烷交联特别是免水煮硅烷交联,是企业生产中压交联电缆投资最少的交联方式。
For the production of XLPE power cables, three erosslinking methods, i.e. peroxide (DCP) erosslinking, warm water silane erosslinking and warm-water-free silane erosslinking, are used. This paper analyses and compares the value for investment in these three methods and finds out that the silane crosslinking, especially the warm-water-free silane eresslinking, is the best method with the least investment.
