摘要
高校系(部)资料室在各系(部)的教学科研中发挥着重要作用。新形势下加强高校系(部)资料室建设,应从如下几方面着手:努力提高资料管理人员的专业素质;合理收集相关文献资料;加强资料室的科学管理;提高藏书的利用率和改善阅读环境。高校系(部)资料室应尽可能地给读者营造一个良好的阅读环境,充分发挥系(部)资料室为教学科研服务的作用。
The reference room is playing a vital role in each department＇ s teaching and scientific research. The enhancement of the construction of university reference rooms should begin from the following several aspects： First, to improve the specialized quality of the material administrative personnel; Second, to collect reasonably re- lated literature material; Third, to strengthen the scientific management of the reference room; Fourth, to raise the utilization ratio of the book collection and improve reading environment. The reference rooms should be built to be a comfortable reading environment in order to fully elaborate their serving function for teaching and scientific research.
