摘要
《管子》与《晏子春秋》中的社会福利思想主要体现在重视救济贫困者,减轻民众赋税,关心老幼、鳏寡孤独、残疾者和灾民等社会弱者的生活,重视民众教育等方面,反映了先秦时期我国的社会福利思想已达到了一个很高的水平。《管子》和《晏子春秋》中的社会福利思想对后世产生了积极影响。
The thought on social welfare in Guan Zi and Yah Zi Chun Qiu is manifested in attaching importance to the support of the poor, the reduction of the tax burden, the care for the old, children, widows and widowers. Both describe the life of the disabled and the people suffering disasters, and lay stress on the education of the people, reflecting that the thought on social welfare during the Pre- Qin - Dynasty period has already reached a high level. The thought of social welfare of Guan Zi and Yah Zi Chun Qiu has exerted positive influences on later ages.
