摘要
为解决采用传统串行过程进行汽车玻璃钢化风栅生产过程中周期长、效率低的问题,研究了把并行工程思想引入钢化风栅设计制造过程的方法。首先在汽车玻璃钢化风栅生产过程的基础上,阐述了钢化风栅方案设计的并行思想。以组合结构钢化风栅为例,研究了应用并行工程过程管理思想进行该类型模具设计制造中的过程分解、过程评估和质量保证等问题。实践表明,应用并行工程中的过程管理方法对钢化风栅研制过程进行规划,生产效率约提高15%。
Processing management technology of parallel engineering was employed to shorten the period and increase the efficiency of the design and manufacturing of windshield mold of automobile toughened glass. The parallel method for the design and manufacturing of the windshield mold was discussed based on the production process. The processing decomposition, processing evaluation and quality assurance were researched by applying the management technology aimed at developing structural windshield mold. The results show that this method enables to plan the development procedure with an increased efficiency of 15 percent.
