摘要
研究设计了一种适用于陶瓷墙地砖检测生产线的分检机械手,该机械手采用圆柱坐标式结构,均布的三臂可以有效的完成取砖、搬运等动作。机械手用压缩空气作动力,由PLC进行系统控制,控制系统采用先进的模块化设计,具有可靠性高,使用和维护方便的特点。
The article studied designs a kind of categorizing manipulator to be suitable in the ceramic wall brick examination production line, the manipulator used the circular cylindrical coordinates structure, the tribrachia equispaced can complete the work which the wall brick take and transportation and so on . The manipulator adopt the power with the compressed air, carries on the systems control by PLC, the control system uses the advanced modular design, with high reliability, and the application convenience of operation and maintenance
