摘要
元数据(MetaData)共享技术的研究和应用将直接推动政府OA数据的交换共享和继承创新。本文以政府OA数据共享研究为基础,在分析元数据的标准、结构、设计原则及管理体系的基础上,探讨了基于元数据共享的政府OA系统结构及其特点。
The research and applications on Shareable Technique of Metadata will impel exchange ,share , inheriting and innovation of the government OA data directly.This article bases on the research of government OA data share, and probes into the structure and characteristicses of government OA system based on shareable Technique of metadata after analysing the standard , structure ,design and management of metadata.
