摘要
分析了名人广告给社会带来的弊端,简要介绍了英美国家对名人广告的专门立法情况,提出了对中国当前的名人广告进行具体立法规制的建议。
This paper analyzes the flaws-in-work that is brought into society by celebrities' advertisement, simply presents some legislative situations of that in some western countries and puts forward some concrete proposals about the legislative rules in China.
