摘要
用平面极性化合物环组乙酰胺（ｃＡＨＢ）作为分化诱导剂，对粘液表皮样癌细胞系ＭＥＣ－１细胞进行体外诱导，观察其染色体变化，结果发现诱导后ＭＥＣ－１细胞染色体数目和畸变率均下降，并出现二倍体细胞。
Human mucoepidermoid carcinoma cell line MEC 1 cells were treated with l mmol/L cAHB in vitro.The changes of chromosome were observed.Results showed that the number of cell chromosome and the rate of deformed chromosome decreased,diploid cell were found.
