摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来,人们更加注重科学技术知识的实际应用而带来的经济水平的提升。如何运用、控制和管理好自己的科技能力又是提高竞争力、适应经济发展的关键。这是一个技术经济管理、知识产权管理并行的活动过程。所以,研究技术经济学科与知识产权学科发展的相关性,培养复合型的技术经济及管理与知识产权管理的高级管理人才,促进技术与经济的紧密结合,建设创新性国家,具有一定的现实理论指导意义。
Along with the arrival of the knowledge-based economy age, people pay more attention to the promoting of the economic level which brought by the actual application of the science and technique. How to handle, control and manage the ability of science and technology is the key of raising the competition ability and adapting to the development of the economy. This is a process of the management of both the technique economic and the intellectual property. So, it is instructive to study the relativity of the technique economies and intellectual property, foster the professional person with the ability to manage both the technique economy and the intellectual property, promote the combination of the technique and economy, and con＋ struct a creative nation.
