摘要
以梭梭(H.persicum)种子为研究材料,用不同浓度的聚乙二醇(PEG)浸种处理,促其在常温(20~25℃)及低温(10~15℃)下发芽,通过对发芽率及过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性测定。结果显示,常温25%PEG引发下,其种子萌发效果最为明显;梭梭幼苗CAT和POD在不同处理下其酶活性存在着显著的差异,说明不同处理的梭梭幼苗在抗逆性上的程度是不同的。
The research is based on the H. persicum seeds which are dipped into the PEG of various concentrate. Later we make them germinate in the degree temperature of 20 - 25, 10 - 15. From the mensuration of the rate of germination, the activity of POD and CAT, we can draw the conclusion that in the environment of 25% PEG and 20 - 25 ℃ the seeds germinate become more easier. The activity of CAT and POD is different with different environment, from which we can see the H. persicum seeds have different stress resistance under different conditions.
