摘要
从工艺技术、主要设备等方面介绍了NHD脱硫闪蒸系统的技改措施,通过硫回收改造前后运行数据对比和经济效益核算,对技术改造效果进行了总结。结果表明,新增一级闪蒸槽可使酸性气中硫化氢体积分数由30%提高到60%,总硫转化率达到95%以上,尾气中体积分数少于0.06%,达到设计排放标准。
Technical reformation measures were made for NHD de-sulfur flash system from aspects of process technology and main equipment etc., through comparison of operating data before and after sulfur recovery reformation and through the calculation of economic benefit, summarization was made for technical reformation effect. Result indicates that newly adding primary flash tank can make the volume percent of hydrogen sulfide in acid gas to be increased from 30% to 60%, total sulfur conversion rate reaches to more than 96%, the volume percent of H2S is less than 0. 006%, so it can reach to design discharge standard.
