摘要
人才是实施科教兴国的最重要资源。在我国,各类科研院所人才济济,在实施科教兴国中发挥着重要作用,如何充分发挥青年科技人才的作用是当务之急。针对青年科研人员特点提出若干激励途径,供管理者参考。
Talent is the most important resources in developing our country by relying on science and education. In china different kinds of scientific research academies show great effect in this field. It＇s very urgent to know how to adequately bring the functions of young scientific and technologic talent. This article offers some prompting ways to managers in allusion to the characters of young scientific and technologic talent.
