两种方法置入经椎板螺钉的比较

摘要 目的 比较瞄准器法和直视法置入经椎板螺钉的结果。方法 20具腰段脊柱标本(T12~S1),在左侧采用瞄准器、在右侧直视下钻孔,然后置入直径4.0mm螺钉作为经椎板螺钉,观测椎板穿破率和穿破程度。结果 瞄准器法和直视法置入螺钉的椎板穿破率分别为37.04%和41.67%,穿破程度均小于2mm,经秩和检验,两者差异无显著性意义(P〉0.05)。结论 瞄准器法或直视法在国入腰段脊柱置入直径4.0mm螺钉作为经椎板螺钉,均较为安全、可行。 Objective To observe results of placement of translaminar screw in two methods. Methods Twenty specimens of lumbar spine were used. On the left, an aim - sighting device was used while on the right, the direct visualization was used for drilling the holes. Results The penetration rates of laminar for methods of the aim - sighting device and the direct visualization were 37.04 % and 41.67 % respectively. The penetration depth was all no more than 2 mm. There was no statistically significant difference between the two methods (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion It is indicated that any method by the aim- sighting device or under the direct visualization, is relatively safe and feasible for placement of translaminar screws of 4.0 mm in diameter in the lumbar spine of the Chinese.
