摘要
采用处方模式教学与常规体育教学进行对比实验,探讨在高校体育选项教学中实施处方模式教学的可行性和实效性.经14周教学实验,结果表明处方模式教学对学生身体素质、心理素质的提高和运动技术技能的掌握有显著的影响,与常规体育教学相比存在较大差异.
Comparative experiments between prescription pattern teaching and routine teaching method are carried on, then the feasibility and efficacy of adopting prescription pattern teaching in college P. E.curriculum. After 14 - week teaching experiments, it can be concluded that prescription pattern teaching contributes greatly to improving the students' physical and mental qualities and mastering sport technology, In addition, the difference between the two teaching methods is great.
