摘要
从产业结构变动方面分析了东北老工业基地下岗失业人员所占比重过高的原因,提出了优化东北老工业基地产业结构、创造良好就业环境、有效解决就业问题的主要途径。
The paper analyzed the reason of laid -off workers＇s proportion excessively high in the course of industrial structure adjustment, proposed main ways of optimizing industrial structure, creating good employment environment, effective solving employment questions.
