摘要
高温高压环境中钻井/压井泥浆流变特性对钻井和压井作业有重要影响,为此设计了高温、高压环境下钻井/压井泥浆流变参数分析和计算程序,通过采用工区、井位、计算任务的三层数据模式和基于流程的计算任务实例动态管理,实现了高温高压环境下水泥浆摩阻系数、压力损失等流变性能的自动计算、分析和可视化,为在复杂工况下井场人员快速方便调节泥浆粘度等流变特性提供效应手段。
The Performance and rheology of Drilling fluid are crucial in drilling task and rock-formation test,here we introduce a software for simulatiom of rheology computing for drilling fluid under complicated underwell enviroment with high temperature and pressure,with the scheme of three-tie data model consisting of work area,well and task instance,and by the dynamic workflow of task execution,rheological parameters such as frictional resistance coefficient and pressure loss can be calculated automatically,at the same time,procedual analysis and data visualzition are achieved,which can be used in design of drilling fliud in the course of field jobs with variant rheology property.
