摘要
针对超大超重罐体型货物及设备而设计开发了专用运输车,整车由6部分组合而成。其中,拖架具有可伸缩功能,是通过可伸缩部分外侧的箱形梁插入货台主梁的方孔中,选择箱形梁上孔的位置来实现的。托架的强度计算采用有限元方法,考虑了罐体和鹅颈部分对拖架的影响,得出了较为符合实际的计算结果。对类似结构的挂车或拖拉机等的设计和计算具有理论指导意义。
A special concave seml-trailer for transporting super-large and super-heavy cargo as tanks is developed. The trailer is comprised of six parts. It is provided with a telescopic bracket. The box beam at the external side of the telescopic part of the bracket is inserted into the square hole in the main beam. By using FEM technology, the strength of bracket is calculated. Taking the influences of tank and gooseneck on the bracket in consideration, the calculated result is consistent with practice. The result is useful for designing and calculating semi-trailer and tractor that possesses the similar structure.
