摘要
介绍了轮式特种车辆用电动助力转向系统的组成以及助力力矩的控制策略。给出了以无刷直流电动机为助力电动机,以DSP电动机专用控制芯片TMS320LF2407A为核心的控制器设计方案,介绍了主控制器和助力电动机驱动部分的硬件电路设计及软件流程。试验结果,表明本文所提出的设计方案具有较高的可靠性以及良好的助力特性。
This paper introduces the structure of electric power steering system used in special wheeled vehicles. The compensation for the assist characteristic and the control strategy are discussed. The design scheme based on BLDCM and TMS320LF2407A is presented. The detailed description of hardware and software is given. The experimental results show that the proposed approach possesses high reliability and well assist characteristic.
