摘要
考虑开放经济中的内生增长模型,代理人或者从事最终产品的生产,或者在教育部门积累人力资本,政府通过征收税收补贴各阶段人力资本的发展,采用动态最优化方法和均衡分析证明人力资本发展与经济增长之间存在多重均衡关系;进一步建立计量模型,选取中国1978-2002年的经济数据进行经验研究,实证结果也证实了这种多重均衡的存在.
The paper presents an open economic version of Lucas growth model, where the agent can freely allocate his labor time to produce the final goods or accumulate human capital in the education sector. The government may collect taxes to subsidize the accumulation of human capital at every instant. With dynamic optimization method and equilibrium .analysis, we have shown that there exists the phenomenon of multi-equilibrium between human capital devdopment and economic growth. Further, an econometric modal is provided to make empirical research, applying the data from 1978 to 2002 in China. The econometric results illustrate our analytical findings.
