适于加工现场使用的齿形误差测量方法

摘要 针对传统齿轮测量仪器附件繁多、操作复杂、对环境要求较高的问题,提出一种适于加工现场使用的齿形误差测量方法,可准确测量齿轮在运动过程中的齿形误差,并能在加工过程中进行在线测量。通过计算机仿真证明了此方法的可行性。 The traditional measuring instruments for the gear profile errors have marly accessories and complex operating rides, and need higher environmental condition, so it not suited to used in processing filed. To solve this problem, one method for measuring gear profile errors using at processing filed is presented in this paper. The gear profile errors during its movement can be measured accurately and the in - line measurement can be realized with the method. The numerical simulation has validated the effectiveness of the method.
