聚醚、咪唑啉复配缓蚀剂在油田的应用研究 被引量:3

STUDY ON APPLICATION OF COMPOUNDED POLYETHER AND IMIDAZOLINE CORROSION INHIBITOR IN OIL FIELD

摘要 针对中国石油天然气股份有限公司华北分公司岔19断块油井抽油杆、油管腐蚀结垢现象,进行了缓蚀阻垢剂配方优选。试验研究表明,在单一缓蚀剂优选的基础上,采用缓蚀效果较好的两种水溶性有机缓蚀剂CY03(聚醚类)和CY05(咪唑啉类)1∶1复配,在缓蚀剂总质量浓度不变的条件下,复配缓蚀剂比单一缓蚀剂的缓蚀率可提高5%以上,并且复配缓蚀剂与阻垢剂HEDP,ATMP,PBTCA有较好的配伍性。经室内试验,筛选出的缓蚀阻垢剂配方的缓蚀率在75%以上,阻垢率在95%以上。2005年6月进行现场试验,油井水中总铁的质量浓度由加药前的2.0 mg/L降至加药后的0.1~0.5 mg/L,油井平均检泵周期由140 d延长至300 d,取得了较好的缓蚀阻垢效果。 The corrosion and fouling inhibitor formulation is selected based upon the corrosion and fouling conditions of sucker rods and oil pipe of No. 19 Oil Well of Huabei Oil Field Company. The tests indicate that, if two good water-soluble organic corrosion inhibitor's CY03 (polyethers) and CY05 (imidazolines) are compounded at 1:1, the corrosion inhibition rate is 5 % higher than that of a single inhibitor at the same total mass concentration of inhibitor. Furthermore, the compounded corrosion inhibitors have a good compatibility with fouling inhibitors llke HEDP, ATMP and PBTCA. The corrosion and fouling inhabitation rates of corrosion inhibitor formulations selected by laboratory tests are over 75 % and 95 % respectively. In the commercial application in June 2005, the total iron in oil well water was reduced to 0.1-0.5 mg/L from 2.0 mg/L after chemical injection,The maintenance cycle of oil pump was extended to 300 days from 140 days. Good results have been achieved.
