摘要
随着《武器装备科研生产许可实施办法》的贯彻落实及大国防概念的形成,我国非军工企业只要符合相关规定,就可进入武器装备科研生产领域,从事相关科研和生产任务。这既为非军工企业提供了巨大的商机,也为非军工企业带来了挑战。本文主要分析了我国非军工企业进入武器装备科研生产领域的意义、存在的障碍,并对应采取的对策进行了探讨。
With the fulfilment of Weapon Equipment Sesearch and Production Permission Implementation Way （called the way for short）and formation of eomprehension defense concept,our non- military industry enterprises meeting the related condition can enter the field of our military weapon equipment research and production and work on concerned research and production. This is both the commercial opportunity and challenge to the non - military industry enterprises. This paper analyses the meaning,obstacle for the non- military industry enterprise entrance of our weapon, equipment, research and production and put forward the countermeasure.
