摘要
当利用小波对二维图像信号进行变换时,会遇到因为图像信号是有限的问题而必须进行边界延拓。分析了各边界延拓方法的利弊和选择方法。给出将高、低频信号组织在一起进行研究的方法,举出几种不论信号长度为奇数还是偶数,都能在系数不扩充的情况下精确重构的例子,并予以证明。
A problem will occur when DWT(Discrete Wavelet Transform) is applied to image coding due to the finiteness of image size/data. Deal with the problem by edge extension, the advantage and disadvantage of the methods of extension are described and sevei:al proved examples are gaven in which the finite-length sequences can be perfect reconstructed by saving the output whose number is the same as the number of the input.
