摘要
目的了解湖州等市现场淡色库蚊种团(以下简称现场品系)对3种杀虫剂的抗性动态,为合理使用杀虫剂,指导灭蚊工作的深入开展提供依据。方法药液浸渍法,测定Ⅳ龄期幼虫半数致死浓度。结果现场品系对高效氯氰菊酯、右旋丙烯菊酯、滴滴涕等3种杀虫剂的抗性倍数依次为:湖州市:2.6、3.3、1.2;加兴市:2.8、3.2、1.3;丽水市:2.2、2.8、1.1;金华市:2.8、2.5、1.4;衢州市:3.0、2.1、1.5;台州市:2.9、3.1、1.6。结论现场品系对3种杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗性,但滴滴涕的抗性指数接近于正常品系。
Objective To explore the resistance trends of Culex pipiens pallens group ( wild strains) to 3 kinds of insecticide in Huzhou and other cities and provide evidence for reasonable application of insecticides and mosquito control. Methods Soaking method was applied for determining of LC50 for the fourth instar larva. Results The resistance factors of the tested strains to beta-cypermethrin, d-allethrin and DDT were as follows: 2.6,3.3, 1.2 (Huzhou) ;2. 8,3.2,1.3 (Jiaxing) :2.2,2.8,1.1 ( Lishui ) ;2.8,2. 5,1.4 (Jinhua) ;3.0,2. 1,1.5 (Quzhou) ;2. 9, 3.1,1.6 (Taizhou). Conclusion The tested wild strains had resistances to all 3 kinds of insecticides but their resistance factors to DDT were close to the normal strain.
