摘要
介绍了溶液注入等离子喷涂技术(SPPS)在制备热障涂层领域的应用,分析了SPPS热障涂层的结构和性能特点,将该技术与其它工艺过程进行比较,指出了该技术的优势和未来发展方向。
The application of solution precursor plasma spray （SPPS） in preparing thermal barrier coatings （TBCs） is introduced. The structure and properties of the TBCs by SPPS are analyzed. The technique is compared with other processes, and the advantage and potential of SPPS are pointed out.
