摘要
目的研究痰热清注射液对流感病毒(FM1)感染小鼠的免疫功能和肺组织中细胞因子以及肺组织炎症反应的作用。方法采用流感病毒亚甲型鼠肺适应株(FM1)制备小鼠肺感染模型,观察痰热清注射液对FM1感染小鼠肺组织匀浆中细胞因子IFNγ-、IL-4和TNF-α的含量,以及T、B淋巴细胞的增殖功能和T淋巴细胞产生IL-2的能力。结果痰热清注射液不仅具有显著增强FM1感染小鼠T、B淋巴细胞的功能和提高小鼠肺组织匀浆中IFN-γ和IL-4的含量,而且还能显著抑制肺组织匀浆中TNF-α的含量。结论痰热清注射液对流感病毒FM1感染小鼠的免疫功能和肺组织中细胞因子具有明显的调节作用和抑制肺组织炎症反应的作用。
Objective To research the effect of Tanreqing Injection on immune function and cytokines in lungs of the mice with influenza virus FM1 infected. Methods The mouse model with lung infection caused by influenza virus FM, was adopted. The levels of IFN-γ, TNF-αand IL-4 in lung homogenate of the infected mice were detected. The proliferation of T and B lymphocyte and IL-2 secreted by T lymphocyte were determined. Results Tanreqing Injection could enhance the T and B lymphocyte function and up-regulate the levels of cytokine IFN-γ and IL-4 in lung homogenate of the mice with influenza virus FM1 infected. Tanreqing Injection could reduce the level of TNF-α in lung homogenate of the infected mice. Conclusion Tanreqing Injection can regulate immune function and cytokines in lung tissues of the influenza virus FM1 infected mouse and suppress the lung inflammation reaction.
