卷烟条形码自动扫描识别系统中,由于烟箱放置太密、扫描器受到冲击而产生振动、供电网络污染严重、未设计漏扫检测和报警控制功能等,均会造成扫码系统出现漏扫问题。通过增设缓冲皮带机、净化处理交流供电电源、增设漏扫检测和报警控制功能3项改进措施后,扫码系统的漏扫率从0.46%下降至0.001%
Crowded placement of cigarette cases, scanner vibration induced by impact, serious power supply network pollution and void of the functions of scan missing detection and alarming all resulted in scan missing in the automatic barcode scanning recognition system. By adding a buffer belt conveyor, a scan missing detector and alarm, and purifying the power supply, the rate of scan missing reduced from 0.46% to 0.001%.
